How to make Mutton Chusta form
Heat oil painting in a visage and add diced onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
Cook for many twinkles till the raw smell goes down from the mutton pieces and it becomes soft enough to be cut into small pieces using cutter or eggbeater after removing some water from it by pressing it with your hand( don't worry if you end up having dry meat).
Add swab, red chilli greasepaint and mix well so that all constituents get mixed duly with each other while cooking on medium heat

constituents needed for making Mutton Chusta- 1 kg Mutton pieces( cut into small pieces)1/4 tsp Red chili greasepaint/ jeera pwd1/2 tsp Turmeric greasepaint 1 tbsp oil painting for frying 2 Medium sized Carrots diced finely 3 Green chillies diced finely 2 Garlic cloves diced finely 5 Tomatoes minced finely or grated julienne Peel off skin from 6 Green chilies without seeds Remove seeds from one green chili if liked Salt as per taste Coriander leaves sliced thinly Method of Preparation- Wash pieces of mutto completely so that there no fat subcaste left on it After washing take out any bones etc Grind all constituents except swab & water together till smooth Heat oil painting in visage also add diced garlic & gusto shindig until golden brown Add ground masala paste along with swab stir shindig till masala starts leaving its aroma Pour water over them cook until gravy thickens slightly Add tomato cells squeeze dry add green chillies cut into small places Cook covered shifting sometimes Cook till tomatoes turn mushy Add cooked veggies back into gravy stir well poach uncovered until done
